About Wedding Planning

What does a wedding planner do?

Wedding planners/coordinators plan or help plan weddings. They can facilitate some or all of the communication with vendors, run the wedding rehearsal, floor plan coordination, and honestly almost anything.

What if i don't need a whole package?

We offer custom packages! Visit our package page.

Do you do weddings outside of Minnesota?

Currently, we only provide Day-Of wedding planning services in the state of MN. Some services may be available to out-of-state weddings, contact us to inquire!

Prices & Payment

What do you charge for your services?

Our prices vary. We offer 3 curated packages ranging from $2,000-$14,000 but we offer custom (a-la-carte) packages too. Contact us to learn about custom options.

Do you have payment plans?

We offer 3 different payment options. You can pay in full, in 2 installments, or monthly installments with no interest. A non-refundable retainer is required for all payment options. See policy below.

How do you take payments?

Payments are made online via invoice. We accept all forms of online payment. We may accept personal checks, please discuss at time of consultation.

The Need to know

Payment & Deposits

At the time of booking, a non-refundable retainer will be taken. For a Hands-On or One & Done Package, $900 is the non-refundable retainer. For the Hands-Off Package, $1,500 is the non-refundable retainer. We have 3 payment package options. You can pay in full, pay in 2 installments, or pay in monthly installments.

Pay in Full: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

2 Installments: 50% of full payment will be taken at the time of booking.

Monthly Installments: Non-refundable retainer paid at the time of booking, remaining balance divided into even monthly payments. To be paid in full 1 calendar month before event.

We accept: Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Checks may be accepted. No cash payments.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy varies by payment plan.

Full Payment: Cancellation must be made 240 days prior to event. If cancellation is made prior to 240 days before the event, amount paid will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable retainer.If cancellation is made within 240 days before the event, no refunds will be provided.

2 Installments: Cancellation must be made 90 days prior to event. If cancellation is made prior to 90 days before the event, the amount paid will be refunded with the exception of the non-refundable retainer. If cancellation is made within 90 days before the event, no refunds will be provided.

Monthly Installments: For cancellation on monthly payment program, any payments made up until the date of cancellation are non-refundable.
